有时候当启动RHQ agnet时，agent会hang在那里，有的时候运行ping命令也没有返回，在等待一段时间后agent会显示出错信息。Heiko对agent的错误进行了详细的分析, 并且给出了两种解决方法:
1.查看防火墙的配置
2.使用rhq-agent.sh --clean重新配置agent.
